Is paper always white ?

Absolutely not. Paper can be made in almost any colour or tint. Without added dyes, paper will be either natural brown (like cement bags) when it is made from unbleached cellulose pulp, white when it is made from bleached pulp and creamish when so-called semi-bleached pulp is used.
