PaperImpact, officially the Speciality Paper Manufacturer's Association, is the European Trade Association  for Speciality paper manufacturers.
 
Today we have nine full member companies and two  associate members. The full members are all paper manufacturers themselves, but as Associate members we welcome companies operating in sectors close to our speciality papers.
 
The whole Speciality paper sector is very fragmented and sometimes it can be difficult to determine what all paper grades belong to this sector.   
 
The PaperImpact members produce mainly one-side coated paper for:   

• Wet-strength and non wet-strength labels
•  Pressure sensitive materials (self-adhesive)
•  Flexible packaging
  

Typical end-uses for these products are:

• Beverages: Beer, wines & champagnes, water, spirits like cognac & whisky etc.
• Food and non-food packaging : For example yogurt, dried soups, flour, sugar, ice-cream, chocolate, coffee , tea etc.    
•  Luxury and personal healthcare products like cosmetics, soap etc.
